ABB have launched a series of co-creation workshops for their customers. The ABB AbilityTM Customer Experience Centers, (ACE) were created at their Ladenburg site, and at the global customer conference in Houston.
Following an intense period of drawing and discussion, our team developed, built, and installed the elements of the centres. The design and digital content for the ACE comes from the New York studio Local Projects. The heart of the exhibits is certainly the Disruptor Table: here, 84 monitors were installed on the surface of a table tennis table. These can move up and down hydraulically in a spectacular wave formation, whilst being controlled digitally.
