After having conceived the Renault Design Center Chennai, it is only natural that the French car brand is exhibiting at Auto Expo 2020 in New Delhi. At this year’s show, they will be present with a stand of just under 2,000 m2. The display will feature the wildly popular electric cars e K-ZE, ZOE and TWIZY and the best-selling TRIBER.
In addition to several containers of material, a team of Expomobilia project managers and fitters travelled to India to coordinate stand construction at Auto Expo 2020. For “The Rise”, a concept developed by the architects LGA in 2018, the task was to procure furniture and existing structures from China and special materials from Europe and to adapt them to the infrastructure of the trade fair in New Delhi. Within eleven days, the team assembled the modular materials on site. Our project manager Dominik Schwab looks back: “We have been building exhibition stands for Renault in New Delhi since 2009. The rapid development of exhibition stand construction in India is also exciting for us Swiss stand builders”.
